Issue 60 - This Place is Packed

Sunrise's place was packed with other plushies. I told Lime, "We're surely going to defeat the phantoms. Look how many peoples we got!" Lime nodded. A white kangaroo bounded over. "Actually, there is 20,050 of us and 30,237 phantoms. I've done research, so I'm accurate. Oh, and my name is Lily." Lime and I looked at her wide-eyed. Then we told each other who we wanted in our rooms. Lime went first. "I want Lily, the purple raccoon, the green kangaroo, the eagle, and you in my room." She said. I nodded. "Cool." I said. "I want the orange snow leopard, Lily, the green fox, the eagle, the black deer, and you in my room, along with the other people in my room before." I said. Lime nodded. "Oh, I forgot the people before. Them too." She told me. Our rooms were sure to be full. This place is packed.

 

Issue 59 - I Feel SOOOOOO Thankful!

We appeared in a place quite like the old hide-out Dawn owned. Thinking about Dawn... it was sad. Hopefully she fought the - OMIGOSH! DAWN IS BESIDE US! WITH US! We all looked at her shocked. "Hey, even the smallest bit of claw-tip touching the portal will still send the whole body too." Dawn said. We all laughed. Here we were, at Sunrise's place. "You guys enter, and I will choose who to explain all this," Dawn looked at all of us. "Shark, you can. Maybe your lucky sock will help you make the perfect speech.  Go down into the hole, then Shark you explain. I have to leave and go back to Mr. Fluffy/Wave/Barely/Claws/Hugger/Keeley/Moss and Mr. Stripes/Jungle/Hay/Barney/Leaf/Vinnle/Vinyl/Vine/Bailey, yeah you get it. Look, I have to freely escape sometime. Bye my little ones." She hugged us all, then vanished. I gulped and followed the rest downwards into Sunrise's hide-out.

Issue 58 - We can't Lose our Protector!

All of a sudden, a portal came out of nowhere. We all quickly jumped in as two huge phantoms busted into the room. We all piled into the portal quickly, and I apologized for sitting on Bolt and Raspberry before we were sent through the portal. I just had enough time to realize Dawn was trying to climb into the portal, her claws hooked on the wooden rim. I tried to call out to her but it was too late. We were sucked through. We couldn't lose our protector....

 

Issue 57 - Has the Time Come?

Dawn said "Hustle!" to us and we somehow knew what is meant. We grouped together in front of the red snow leopard. Dawn pushed a shelf and table from Lime, Sweet, Shark, and Bolt's room up to the tunnel that led down to the bottom place. "We'll be safe, promise." Dawn said. "How is that possible? Has the time come we have to fight?" Raspberry said nervously. Dawn shook her head. "Some of the workers that protect you guys see the phantoms on the hidden security cameras. It will be a while, but they are programming a portal that will take us to my sister Sunrise's hide-out at the last moment. Be prepared to jump." She told us all. Hopefully the time hadn't come...

 

Issue 56 - No Time for Reminders!

Dawn shoved all sorts of things up the entrance to the hide-out. We were all scared and we went down to the lowest level of the hide-out. Bolt said he had read something the reminded him of this. It was Percy Jackson. Percy was the son of Posieden, and so him being born had broken some kind of oath, and monsters were out to get him. Dawn shoved more stuff up the entrance to block out the phantoms. "This is no time for reminders of stuff, Bolt! We're in danger!" Lime said.

 

Issue 55 - Hunted

Mint and Sweet rushed downstairs to where me and Lime were talking before preparing for bed. "Where were you?" I asked. "The... phantom... two..." Sweet began. "Two, over... scouting... outside..." Mint panted after Sweet. Mint and Sweet split up to warn the plushies already in their rooms. I guess two phantoms were outside the hide-out scouting for us?

 




Ugh is it even close to done?
Not exactly... hey, a robot takes work!
Dude, it's BARELY finished! You only have a claw on!
Don't worry. My dad's gonna finish it, you know it. We were so close... Now it's time to get back the people that have stolen from us.

Issue 54 - The Lucky Sock

I realize Shark was wearing this sock thing, so I walked up to him with Lime and asked, "Why do you wear around that thing?" Shark said, "It's lucky to me. I had barely gotten ready for school when a black arctic wolf called Mr. Wave took me," (Mr. Fluffy took him) Shark continued. "I tripped and when I did, Mr. Wave tried to claw me. Instead, his claw got hooked in the sock and nothing happened but his claw got snagged in the fabric. I call it my lucky sock." Cool/Odd/Lucky

Issue 53 - Carefully Figuring out some

We entered another room that seemed to be a play or chat area. Lime and I sat on the chairs for the table and talked about what was going on. "I wonder if when Mr. Fluffy was sick, it was a fake and he was doing some evil agent stuff." Lime suggested. "Yes, I agree. Then maybe Mr. Stripes came because he was spying on us or trying to find out if we were really one of the chosen plushies to save Jamaa." I said. Now it was all coming together, we had 2/3 of our puzzle finished. Sweet snuck behind me and we didn't realize. She said, "That black arctic wolf you mean? Mr. Fluffy? When he came to teach my class, he called himself Mr. Gizmo." Lime and I nodded. Wow. Maybe we found another piece to add to this puzzle.

Issue 52 - Better than it Sounds

Dawn took care of us really good. This place is better than it sounds. She's sending her sister, Sunrise, to come take care of us while she's back at the evil agency working so she can escape one day. She made meals for us on what plushies like us usually eat. She was the best, taking her time to make each of our meals special. I got antelope meat with seasoning. (YES!) Lime got some homemade berry muffins. This place is awesome.... though what did they do to my mom? My dad? My grandma? Our families? No one had mentioned our families while we were here... are we supposed to just forget about them, like that?

Issue 51 - Getting Settled

Lime and I were brought into our rooms. I had some friendly looking people in my room and Lime did too. As I walked in, I decided to introduce myself. "Hi, I'm Lemon. Nice to meet you." They all introduced themselves.


"Hi hi hi hi hi! I'm Mint, actually Icy Mint, but yeah, I go by Mint." That was the white-ish arctic wolf. The other introduced themselves after Mint. 

The brown tiger is Cooper and the red bunny is Raspberry. They were kind to me.

Right, ok, great. Met the people, check. Bolt (wolf), Sweet (lion), and Shark (giraffe). Cool.  

Issue 50 - The other of the Rescued

Dawn took us down a tunnel and into a large room with other plushies. "These are some of the plushies I rescued. They are going to work with you to fight the phantoms." Dawn explained. The place looked pretty comfy. A computer, a couch, a TV, and friendly faces.

Issue 49 - Letting her Explain

Once Dawn had brought us safely out of the 'all you can eat stale cookies' prison, Lime asked why on Earth she had saved them if she was working with Mr. Fluffy and Mr. Stripes. "Look girls, I was one of the ones they trapped. They wouldn't let me go until I worked with them for two years. I really wanted to go free. I've been chosen to help you defeat the phantoms. This prophecy has been known for years and years, even before I was born. I was one of the ones chosen to defeat the phantoms, so Mr. Stripes and his father kept me in the prison. I had to rescue you, I couldn't see you suffer like me." Lime and I stared at her... This was strange, sad, and yeah, strange again.

Issue 48 - Dawn is nice?

A while later, Dawn returned with Mr. Stripes and Mr. Fluffy. We were looking miserable right now. Dawn seemed to notice. She out of the blue kicked Mr. Stripes and Mr. Fluffy, grabbed Lime and I, and rushed out. "WHERE ARE WE GOING?" Lime yelled. "Look, I can't stand to see you suffer. Come with me, let's get out of here!" Dawn said. Dawn was nice?

Issue 47 - I don't know, WHAT THE...? I don't know...

"Question time." Grease growled. Bronze was close to us so uh, Lime kicked him xD. Grease stared at us hard, like really hard. He could have scared my dad with that evil glare he was giving us now. "I will question you about these phantoms, Zios, and what you know. Flick, I give you the honors of doing the questioning." Grease said. Flick stood up tall, said, "Yes Commander Grease, sir." and began questions off a list. 


Flick: "How are you planning to stop these phantoms of ours?"
"I don't know..." I really had no clue.
Flick: Yeah, right, whatever. What is the king phantom's real name? You should know that by now, I think."
Lime: WHAT THE...?
Flick: "UGH. Who is training you?"
Lime: Nobody...
Flick: Let me guess - they are, but I'll still ask you. Are the alphas and shamans working with you?"
"I don't know."


Wow. This was some bad interview.

Issue 46 - STALE COOKIES BRAINWASH?

Mr. Fluffy looked messed up, and later Mr. Stripes did. Dawn kicked them out of the room and went with them. "Brainwashed again by those stale cookies. Ge the prisoners." Grease easily grabbed Lime, and it took Bronze AND Canyon to get me down. I looked at Lime, hoping she would have some advice. Lime recognized my look, and mouth the words Just scream. So we did. Loud as we could.

Issue 45 - Trapped (Seriously though, stale cookies?)

Super Speed and Air Blast took us upstairs. Wait, why were all these people here...? Super Speed started to speak. That was the voice of Flick's mom! Those were costumes? "You're stuck here, you know." Mr. Stripes said.  "STALE COOKIES YOU MAY ONLY EAT!" Flick cried, and then did an evil laugh. "Caught you phantom fighters once and for all." Canyon growled. "Now we can take over Jamaa with our phantoms!" Mr. Fluffy said proudly. Uh-Oh.

Issue 44 - Not That Much of a Bad Guy

With Grease trying to shoo us out, we were grabbed and lifted onto the uh - wall...
"Shhhh."
..... wut

I could tell Lime wanted to shout, but one of the thingies holding us up had said shhh, so Lime whispered: "LET GO OF ME!" She looked up to the thingie holding her and then said. "Oh sorry sir. Ummmmmmmmmmmmm. Wait wait wait... Air Blast?" (Pfft not realizing we were not flying but on an invisible looking cord. Kids these days.) I looked up at the person grabbing me, and it was Super Speed! I put my paws over my mouth. (I know these costumes would trick these kids xD) I guess they though Grease was a bad guy? Eh, he's not that much of a bad guy.

Issue 43 - Mr Fluf- Grease?

Mom took us to the school since we were so close to the area. She said Mr. Fluffy checks on the room every Saturday to check on the rooms, summer break or not. Mr. Fluffy had been such a great teacher, if he was checking the room every week day we would go to see him every week day. When we walked inside the classroom, Grease was in Mr. Fluffy's chair instead. We really were not expecting to see Grease, and he wasn't expecting to see us. "What are you doing here?" I asked. "Uh, um, my dad he er... he's working.. I mean totally nevermind I said that uh... I came to... well, dad... he er... is..... coming over, yeah. My mom drove me to wait for him uh, he's on the phone, please go." Said Grease. He dramatically picked up the phone on the wall.

Issue 42 - Why The Mailbox....?

My mom took Lime and I (Yes, we go like, everywhere together xD) to a farm to have us interact with plants and stuff. Farmer Speckle was showing us how they pick carrots when Lime told me she heard a sound sounding like it said, 'Why the mailbox?'. We were really confused. Maybe it was just Lime's imagination?

"Ugh why did dad make me spy on them from a mailbox... why the mailbox! Oops..."

Issue 41 - The Movie

Lime's mom took us to see the set for The Super Speed and Air Blast movie coming out soon. We actually got to meet the actors for the movie! I am so excited to go see the movie when it comes out! It's called:

Issue 40 - Playing outside...

Lime and I were playing Super Speed and Air Blast. We were defeating Patched Panda Junior, lol. 



Super Speed, over here! He's escaped into his secret fortress!
I'm coming Air Blast. We can't let him escape so easily.
Let's send robots in there with cameras.
What are we going to use as robots....
*throws rock into hollow in tree* Rocks.
Ok cool RESUME! 
Lol okay.
*throws another rock* Do you think two robots will be enough to track him down?

And so on. I love my BFF xD

        






"Of course it will work Grease! We have it all under control... and soon we will have it actually all under control."

"Yes, yes father. Acting nice has really benefited us.  Oh, and Lemon makes a great person to spy on."

"That is very agreeable. We invited her to a firework show, right dad? A great opportunity to  learn more about her and complete the plan."

"I wonder how weak her father is."

"It would be easier to go for the mother. Her father takes business trips as I learned and her mother seems like the one to accept dinner invitations."


"Yes yes. We'll began with that Mrs. Twine."   

Issue 39 - In the World of Super Speed and Air Blast

Lime came over and she brought a comic book with her! It was cool, there was a cheetah called Super Speed and a Raccoon called Air Blast. They were partners and stuff. :3 It was awesome!

 Air Blast shot a blast of freezing air at the Patched Panda....

 

Issue 38 - Sleepover with Lime?

My mom and Lime's mom are talking about a sleepover tomorrow. I'm really happy! Mom said we can go out late to the Freedom Party with Grandma! YAY!

 

Issue 37 - The Best and Maybe Worst Day of my Life

Hello! After Jasmine and her family left, Flick's family and the... uh, custodian? came over to our house and said that 'this helpful black kangaroo has prepared a firework show for us. Please come over on the fourth of July to celebrate!'. My mom thanked them a LOT. Lime and her mother were invited too. Great, we have to go to Flick's creepy place again and watch fireworks. Though, my dad got a job yay! He's a box maker a 3 hour flight away from here! :3

Issue 36 - Clay and Jasmine

Mom decided to invite Clay and Jasmine over to play after I told her about the encounter with Clay a couple days before. "We should invite them over and I should get to know their parents." Mom said. Jasmine is so lucky. She has a dad AND  a brother!

Issue 35 - PHEW our parents are back!!!!

I am really really really happy! No more salad and spider-less bread! Back home to where life is better than this crazy family of owls! I AM HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!! 

P.S. My Grandma came to pick me up too yay!

Issue 34 - Out of the Palace and into the Weirdness

Finally, we reached Flick's house after escaping the palace. Here was the welcome:

"Um hi."
Flick: "Hey."
Flick's Mom: "Hello."
Flick's Dad: "GREETINGS KIDS! WHERE WERE YOU?"
Lime: "Outside, alright?
Flick's Mom: "Outside, wonderful. What great day to be outside!"
Flick: "I'm going outside too. We have like, a pond at our backyard so yeah."
"Yeah. Great."
Flick's Mom: "You can play outside with Flick. I have work to do on my uh - computer, yeah, I erm translate."
Flick's Dad: "Yeah and I got to fix a flat tire on the car so, off you go kids!"
Lime: Says this so only I can hear - "Yeah and 'off you go crazy people!"

Issue 33 - The Crazy... Cosmo?

Another portal appeared in front of Lime and I. Lime quickly leapt into the portal. Oh great. I thought and I leapt into the portal after her. We appeared in a HUGE HUGE HUUUGGGE palace. We appeared to be in an Alpha & Shaman hall. It was really cool. But the one of Cosmo seemed... strange.

Issue 32 - My First Phantom

After talking to Liza, we were sent through another portal and into somewhere. There was a phantom, slowly walking, floating, however phantoms move. Lime and I were FREAKED OUT. So, we hid behind a bush and watched...
The phantom crept up to the rock behind us and did some sort of dance. The rock turned into a portal and the phantom disappeared through it...

 

Issue 31 - Sent to an Alpha...

Lime and I opened the door to the hut slowly. Inside was a panda. It was Liza, one of the main Alphas! "Finally, you've come. The phantoms are planning to destroy Jamaa. You are the only ones that can find the Alpha Stone and stop them!" Lime and I looked like we had just entered the world of endless chocolate. O,O

Issue 30 - The 'Eskimo'?

Lime said she spotted something in the distance. We trudged over to it and it was a snow leopard. They are built for the snow, anyways. Lime asked "Where are we?". The snow leopard introduced herself as Frostbite and said we were in the arctic. She said someone was waiting for us in a resting and hot cocoa  hut down the side of the mountain and past the ice lake. I wonder who...

Issue 29 - What was in Flick's portal

I know this sounds terrible, but Lime got the idea to jump into the portal and see where it may take us. Maybe we could learn Flick's true self! Of course, I agreed. It sounded awesome! We jumped into the portal and ended up somewhere really cold...

Issue 28 - The Old Times were NOT fun!

Flick's father realized we were on the computer and he said. "Let me set you up on this cool website about old time computers, I bet you'll love exploring how computers were in the olden days." Flick's dad searched up a website and put us on it. Then he left. "What are you supposed to do on this..." Lime asked me. Like I knew? "No idea, but I watched this episode on old computers. Type print and then put in 2 + 2." Lime did as I said and the number 4 popped up. Old computers worked weird.

Issue 27 - Scratch.mit.edu

Flick signed Lime and I up on his account on 'Scratch." There you can make video games and animations! Flick's user name is fireflyflicker34. It's pretty cool. Lime made a candy catching game like the one at the summer carnival with help from Flick.

 

Issue 26 - The Office

Flick asked if we could play video games on the computer in his dad's office.  His dad said yes so we went inside. It was crazy! How does Flick's dad focus on his work unless his job is a clown? There was a random train going around making a lot of noise, a strange non melting ice chair, and a lily rug.

 

Issue 25 - Last Day!

FINALLY, it is our last day of school! Mr. Fluffy had us wash our desks in shaving cream! Here are some photos of the fun we had - 

 

Issue 24 - The Summer Carnival

Flick's mom took us to the summer carnival! I was super excited, you know to even get to go whether it was with Flick or nobody. I've not gotten to go the past couple years because we don't have enough gems for tickets and stuff. But now, I get to go! Yay!

Issue 23 - How Flick's Family discusses school

Flick has a baby-sitter after school. His parents were home and we began to discuss school. Lime and I ate salads without crickets suggested by Lime and Flick and his mom and dad ate salads with crickets. O,O

Flick's Dad: "How was school kiddies? Excited for SUMMER!?"
Flick's Mom: "What are you doing over the summer?"
Lime: "I'm going to a tennis camp, thanks for asking."
I say "Well, I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do over the summer." Because I don't know if my family can afford sending me to a camp or something.
Flick: I'm going to flying school, Camp Wings and Things, and that's all I know.

 

Issue 21 - Cleaning or Something Else?

The custodian, Mrs. Sage, walked over to us. "The last day of school is tomorrow kids!" She said joyfully. "Well, I gotta go, so uh yeah enjoy your summer!"And Mrs. Sage bounded away. Lime looked at me and said. "Hope she's ok. I wonder if she's cleaning or... or something else."
